The geographic structure is intentionally flexible. Depending on the size and needs of the local MICE community, a Local Lead may represent a city, a wider region or an entire country.
This allows MICE & Proud to grow organically while remaining locally relevant.

We are looking for people who believe in the mission of MICE & Proud and want to help create a more connected, visible and inclusive global MICE industry.
You do not need a particular job title or level of seniority.
What matters is your connection to the MICE community, your willingness to bring people together and your commitment to creating an inclusive environment for LGBTQ+ professionals and allies.
Local Leads should act in line with the values and principles of MICE & Proud and work collaboratively with the Board and wider community.
